Job holder represents: Setter/Scrambler according to shift plan

Objective and purpose of the position:

– Setting up and operating the production machines incl. Product changeover
– Optimization of machine settings to achieve the required quality guidelines
– Compliance with company regulations, occupational safety and environmental protection regulations Specialist tasks:
– Material supply to the production machines
– Compliance with the specified deadlines (production plan)
– Packaging, storage and dispatch of finished goods
– Cleaning of mills and mixing systems
– Optimization of machines and start-up procedure
– Quality monitoring
– Set-up of production systems incl. cleaning and dismantling of extrusion tools – Compliance with tidiness and cleanliness at the assigned workstation Cleaning and dismantling of extrusion tools
– Maintaining order and cleanliness at the assigned workplace
– Compliance with and monitoring of accident prevention regulations, in particular safety fences, safety limit switches, emergency stop switches, condition of electrical cables, handling of knives, tripping hazards and oil spills, etc.
– Documentation of production and warehouse records
– Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
– Carrying out the shift handover to the following shift
– Reporting occupational safety and quality deficiencies
