Our equipment is state of the art! In this way, we guarantee a high quality of cut and produce blanks according to your specifications. Using our CAD software, we will be happy to create a drawing from your handmade sketches.
From drawing to cutting – our service for your individual cutting!
We have installed a modern CNC cutting machine so that we can provide you with finished cuts in your desired dimensions. On this line we can produce all our materials in thicknesses from 0.5 – 12mm up to a width of max. 1.500mm cut to size. The material is cut from the roll, so that lengths of up to 20m are no problem.
Are you looking for rectangular blanks in your desired dimensions or do you have complex drawings with complicated cutouts, holes, radii, oblong holes, recesses or similar? Both are possible without any problems. For the cutting we use a CNC cutter, which produces the blanks exactly and with a high dimensional accuracy.
Simply tell us your desired dimension or provide us with a CAD drawing in DXF or DWG format. We can transfer this contour to the CNC equipment and cut it out accordingly.
However, we are also happy to offer you the service of creating a corresponding drawing from your hand sketch.
