FACE SHIELD

The film can also be used as a spit and release film. Ideal for simply equipping workstations in doctor’s offices, pharmacies, retail stores or as additional protection in the transportation sector such as cabs, buses and trains. The film is extremely robust, crystal clear like window glass but flexible like rubber and is therefore also a super alternative for Plexi or acrylic glass. The film can be supplied as roll material but also as individual cut according to sketch.
The Kenoplast Face Shield flexibly adapts to any head shape and offers the following advantages over conventional face masks:

– large distance from the face and nose allows free breathing
– Can be used by spectacle wearers without any problems
– it can be cleaned with all commercially available disinfectants

– it is available above in open and closed variant
– the PP headband is biocompatible, does not cause allergies and is approved for medical applications
– due to the adjustable elastic band it flexibly adapts to any head shape, the material for the elastic band is Oeko-Tex certified
– the visor is equipped with a light vanilla aroma
– the large visor (330 x 240 mm) and provides reliable protection against splashes, particles and flying parts
– the visor made of soft PVC complies with the strict requirements of EU Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH) as well as extended, current SVHC list, Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) as well as 2011/65/EU (RoHS II); Directive 2006/122/EC (PFOS – Per-fluor-octane-sulfonate); Directive 2009/251/EC (DMF – Di-methyl-fumarate), Directive 2003/11/EC (PBB, PBDE), free of PAH substances (PAH = Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons), free of cadmium and silicones, is free of the substances / substance groups listed in the Montreal Protocol (Montreal Protocol Substances, Annex A) and is suitable for direct food contact and meets the requirements of Directive EU10/2011- No. 1935/2004
